Perform thorough digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and clearly document diagnostic findings. Communicate findings effectively with the service team and verify repairs before returning vehicles to customers.

Ability to diagnose independently from start to finish using scan data, wiring diagrams, and professional diagnostic equipment.
Tools: Professional automotive tools appropriate for an A-Level technician.

You're Probably a Fit IfWhen another technician says, "I replaced the part and the problem is still there," your first question is, "What testing did you do before replacing it?"You don't stop at the trouble code, you don't shotgun parts, and you don't rely solely on pattern failures.
