We’re looking for someone with experience creating upscale desserts with outstanding flavor, elegant plating, and beautiful presentation.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop a distinctive dessert menu featuring seasonal ingredients and creative flavor combinations.
- Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and plated desserts with consistency and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with our Executive Chef on dessert pairings, special events, and menu development.
- Manage pastry production, inventory, food costs, and kitchen standards.
- Ideal candidates will bring:
- Pastry leadership experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or similar setting.
- Strong technical skills and an eye for refined presentation.
- Organization, leadership, and the ability to work efficiently during service.
- A passion for creating memorable desserts that guests come back for.
