Responsibilities: Complete work orders efficiently and professionally Perform general maintenance tasks, including:

• Basic plumbing repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Appliance diagnostics and repair
• Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
