Investment Banking Associate - FIG

A leading middle-market investment bank is looking to add an Associate to its growing FIG M&A team in New York. The team advises financial institutions and financial services businesses across buy-side and sell-side M&A, strategic advisory and other complex transactions.

You’ll be involved across the full transaction lifecycle, including financial modelling, valuation, pitch development, CIMs, management presentations and transaction execution. The Candidate We’re looking for an Associate with 2+ years of investment banking experience, ideally with FIG / financial services M&A experience. You should have: Strong M&A execution experience Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills Strong analytical and communication skills Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment A genuine interest in financial services Candidates from middle-market banks, boutiques and larger investment banks will be considered.
