Key Responsibilities:
Precision Execution: Cook, prepare, and portion meats and sides to exact specifications, ensuring the final assembly meets our high standards.
The "Window" Standard: Ensure every tray looks like the best BBQ in America before it leaves the kitchen.
Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, inspection-ready station and adhere to health standards to avoid any health inspection failures.
Team Hustle: Support all areas of the kitchen, from the line to the dish pit, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.
Kindness over "Niceness": Foster professional and direct communication, prioritizing quality and safety over comfort.
Requirements
Experience:
Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a strong record of punctuality and dependability.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts on your feet and lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Schedule: Full-Time, with flexibility required for nights, weekends, and holidays.
