Hybrid Legal Counsel - Commercial Finance & Regulatory

Mitsubishi HC Capital America is seeking a Legal Counsel, Transactional & Regulatory to support commercial finance originations, regulatory compliance, supplier management, and day‑to‑day corporate legal needs in a hybrid role based in Itasca, IL. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Credit, and the North American Legal Department to balance legal risk with business objectives, draft and negotiate documents, and lead regulatory monitoring.
