This full-time role leads curriculum development, staff supervision, family engagement, regulatory compliance, and operations to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment rooted in Jewish values.
The Director reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with the Rabbi and Temple leadership team to align programs with Reform Jewish values and ECC priorities.
