Senior Attorney - In-House Employment & Rules Counsel

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation is seeking a Senior Attorney to serve as the Department’s in-house legal advisor on employment matters, rulemaking, and related compliance. You will work with HR, respond to EEOC/FCHR inquiries, handle public records, and represent the Department in various forums. Ideal candidates have at least two years of legal practice, Florida Bar membership, and strong litigation and drafting skills.
