Senior M&A Counsel Energy & Corporate Transactions

Expand Energy Corporation, based in Texas, seeks a Senior M&A Attorney to serve as in-house counsel on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions. You will work with the business teams, structure deals, and ensure compliance. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel - Corporate, you will negotiate documents, coordinate due diligence, and guide cross-functional colleagues through complex transactions.
