Flatbed Driver & Warehouse Associate

Location: Knoxville, TN Company: BHS Corrugated North America Schedule: Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the RoleWe're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Flatbed Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our Knoxville team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods on a flatbed truck between our production and storage facilities, with occasional off-site deliveries. When not on the road, you'll support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and material handling. This is an on-site position offering a steady schedule, hands-on work, and the opportunity to be part of a strong, growing You'll DoOperate a flatbed truck in compliance with DOT, secure, and unload materials—including oversized or irregularly shaped cargo—using proper safety techniques. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance. Plan delivery routes and communicate with dispatchers and customers about timing or delays. Accurately complete delivery logs, shipping paperwork, and other required warehouse operations by unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and organizing stock. Pick and stage materials for upcoming deliveries or pickups. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and warehouse environment. What You BringValid CDL is preferred but NOT REQUIREDExperience with flatbed hauling and proper cargo securing methods. Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics environments. Forklift certification (or ability to become certified).Strong communication and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in various weather conditions. Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
