- Expand existing relationships by identifying new departments, locations, and service opportunities.
- Consistently achieve revenue and activity goals while maintaining accurate pipeline visibility.
- The Background We’re Looking ForWe’re especially interested in candidates who have successfully sold workforce solutions, professional services, HR technology, or another consultative B2B offering.
- An ideal background may include experience with:
- Large enterprise clients, high-volume workforce programs, or VMS/MSP-managed accounts.
- Small and mid-market organizations that value relationship-driven, consultative sales.
- Technology, IT, engineering, or other technical talent solutions.
- Finance and accounting, healthcare, or other professional-services verticals.
- SaaS platforms, applicant tracking systems, workforce technology, or related HR tools.
- State, local, or federal government clients—particularly in a business-development or contracting environment.
- Experience across both technical and traditional engineering markets is a plus, but it isn’t required. We’re open to candidates from other industries who have a strong record of developing business and navigating complex client relationships.
What Will Help You Succeed:
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to building a territory and pipeline.
Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
The confidence to engage executives, hiring leaders, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
The ability to sell strategically to large organizations while remaining responsive and hands-on with growing businesses.
Persistence, accountability, and disciplined follow-through.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to succeed within a lean, experienced team.
A commitment to operating with integrity and creating long-term value for clients.
This position is best suited to a mid- or senior-level sales professional who can contribute quickly and operate with considerable independence. However, we’re also open to an earlier-career candidate who demonstrates strong business-development instincts, coachability, initiative, and the drive to grow into the role.
Military veterans are encouraged to apply. We highly value the leadership, discipline, adaptability, and mission-focused mindset developed through military service.

We are open to fully remote candidates for the right fit, although candidates based in the Cincinnati area will receive strong preference. Remote team members should be comfortable developing relationships within their assigned markets and traveling when business needs require it.
