Senior Election Law Counsel

The State of Florida is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as the primary attorney for the Office of Election Crimes and Security (OECS) in Tallahassee. You will provide litigation support, draft and review contracts and legal correspondence for OECS, and advise the Director on Florida Election Code matters. You will review investigations, coordinate with law enforcement and agency partners, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with state and federal law and OECS guidelines.
