🔧 What You'll Do: -Help ensure products meet requirements through audits, inspection, and testingDevelop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Collect and analyze data for gauge and product evaluationWrite procedures, specifications, and standards for products and processesIdentify the people, gauges, procedures, and materials needed to launch new productsWork with suppliers to make sure they can deliver quality productsPartner with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and outside experts to reach quality goals✅ What You BringB.S. in Engineering, or a related Bachelor's degree with a quality engineering certification (e.g., CQE) Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&TFamiliarity with FDA quality system regulations (QSR/QMSR) and ISO standardsUnderstanding of FMEA, design assurance, and product testing methodHands-on experience with CMMs and optical comparatorsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to meet deadlines and build strong working relationships⭐ Nice to Have - Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) - Medical device experience, especially in orthopedics - Quality or manufacturing co-op/internship experience✈️ Travel: Up to 20% 💡Why Apply?
