Bilingual Sales Operations Coordinator (Chinese/English) North Plainfield, NJ (On-site)

What You'll Do:- This role combines sales support, operations coordination, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to support day-to-day business operations.
- Support sales team with order processing, order follow-up, and contract coordination
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics
- Assist with project tracking and cross-functional coordination
- Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation (Excel / Salesforce)
- Handle general administrative and operational support as needed
What We're Looking For:- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English 2+ years experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
