This is a replacement opportunity with immediate volume, strong referral infrastructure, and a fully established patient base. Practice Highlights - Succession opportunity with immediate ramp-up - High-volume referral network with significant system overflow - 40% surgical / 60% outpatient clinic practice - Dedicated OR days per week with established block time - Collaborative team including orthopedic surgeon, PA, and Foot & Ankle support Clinical Scope Comprehensive general orthopedics including total joints, shoulder surgery, fracture management, hand (CTR/tendon), injections, and general orthopedic trauma.
