Intermediate Architectural Designer: 3-5 Years' Experience (Manhattan)
Compensation: $70,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience

Tonab Architecture, PLLC is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our New York City office. This position is for a designer with architectural experience in all phases of a project with a focus on Construction Documents executed in REVIT.

Tonab Architecture, PLLC is a small New York architecture firm serving the K–12 education, aviation, and healthcare sectors. We are seeking a designer with project experience to participate in teams for complex projects in the public realm.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The ideal candidate brings architectural judgment, project experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accountability for quality and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS: 5-year Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture.
Minimum 2 years of work experience.
Knowledge and experience in the preparation of construction drawings sets, design detailing, and coordination of building materials and assemblies.
Ability to communicate efficiently and work in a team environment.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with REVIT and BIM 360.
Proficient in Autocad skills, Bluebeam a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
LEED Accreditation a plus
