Manufacturing Manager

Description: The Judge Group is in search of an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, efficiency, staffing, and on-time production while leading cross-functional teams across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage production operations across all shifts Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards Drive productivity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Partner with maintenance, quality, planning, and warehouse teams Develop, train, and mentor production personnel Monitor production performance, inventory accuracy, and operational results

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree REQUIRED 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in food production Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Work Environment Refrigerated food manufacturing facility Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Contact mcsteinetz@judge.com
