Public Sector AI Customer Success Manager

Anthropic's Public Sector team is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the post-sales trusted advisor helping national security customers realize the value of Claude and turn investment into mission impact. You will work with Sales, Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Policy to guide deployment, enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion on cleared infrastructure, while upholding safety and discretion onsite with customers.
