APPLY NOWAn established manufacturer of industrial products is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, profitability, and new product development for assigned product categories, including expansion into new categories.
What you'll do:
- Build 3-5 year strategic plans and annual business plans for your categories
- Own revenue and margin targets, pricing, and product roadmaps
- Run end-user research and turn insights into business cases for new products
- Lead launches with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and sales
- Shape channel strategy with sales teams through line reviews and customer planning
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA strongly preferred)6+ years of product management in consumer durables or manufactured goods, sold through multiple channels
- Track record of new product launches and P&L ownership
- Industrial or safety product experience preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills20-30% travel (domestic and international)
