Lead Well Interventions Engineer - Heavy Workovers

Crescent Energy is seeking an Operations Engineer – Well Interventions to lead engineering, planning, and execution of the growing heavy workover program in Houston, TX. The role involves refracs, recompletions, lateral cleanouts, and complex interventions, collaborating with Drilling, Completions, Production, Reservoir Engineering, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering fundamentals with field experience, troubleshoot complex well conditions, and make real-time
