Structure WelderThe Role We are seeking an experienced Structure Welder to join our team on a Temp To Hire basis. In this role, you will apply your welding expertise to fabricate and assemble structural components for our custom truck body systems. You will work with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all welds meet our quality and safety standards.
What You'll Do:- Execute structural welds using Fluxcore and MIG welding processes
- Perform structural welding on transportation equipment components
- Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
What We're Looking For:- Demonstrated proficiency in Fluxcore welding
- Demonstrated proficiency in MIG welding
- Proven experience as a Structural Welder
- Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
