From the top of the mezzanine, you’ll command the flavor zone: keeping the seasoning smooth, the chips delicious, and production flowing like clockwork.

What You’ll Do:- Run the flavor floor – operate seasoning equipment from the mezzanine and keep production on point
- Lift, load, and flavor – handle partial cases of salt and seasoning like a pro
- Prep and fine-tune – get machines ready for production and adjust flavor levels for that perfect crunch
- Watch the details – monitor quality, consistency, and food safety every step of the way
- Support the crew – give teammates breaks, stay synced with shift leads, and keep communication strong
- Team up with Maintenance – spot issues early and help keep everything running smoothly
- Stay organized – maintain a clean, safe, and ready-to-roll workspace

Previous seasoning or machine operator experience? Awesome. If not, we’ll train you—just bring the drive.
Physical & Environmental Demands
Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and climbing stairs regularly
