Collectors Universe in Jersey City, NJ seeks a PSA Show Lead / Collectors Concierge Lead to deliver world-class customer care at events and drop-offs worldwide. You will develop and lead the concierge team, coordinate staff traveling to shows, and work with security to ensure submissions reach headquarters for grading.
You will report to the Director of Customer Experience from the Jersey City office, with 40%+ travel and weekends a month.
