Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Overtime Available
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour to start - Raise to $20.00+/hour after probationary period

Key Responsibilities:- Perform general labor tasks including grinding, buffing, quality control, and machine operation
- Utilize basic power tools and hand tools as required
- Maintain safety standards in a heavy industrial environment
- Conduct physical tasks such as lifting (up to 60 lbs) and standing for extended periods (10+ hours)
- Assist in various areas of production as needed
Qualifications:- Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
- Steady and verifiable work history
- Ability to work in environments with fluctuating temperatures
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
