Position Highlights: Join an established hospital-based Pain Management practiceFocus on non-interventional pain management and rehabilitationEvaluate and treat patients with chronic pain and musculoskeletal disordersEmphasis on functional restoration, rehabilitation, and improving quality of lifeWork alongside an Interventional Pain Management physician and dedicated clinical support staffMonday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM scheduleFriday, 8:00 AM-12:30 PM schedulePatient appointments scheduled in 15- and 30-minute intervalsConduct comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnostic assessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plans incorporating physical therapy, rehabilitation, medication management, and lifestyle modificationsRefer patients for interventional procedures when appropriateCollaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and multidisciplinary care teamsEducate patients on pain management, exercise, posture, and ergonomic modificationsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize functional outcomesFully integrated Epic EMR
