Senior Production Lead, Compounding Ops

Remedy is seeking a Production Manager, Compounding Operations in the Houston area to lead daily sterile and non-sterile production activities, optimize batch schedules, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, QA, and technicians to improve throughput and drive scalable growth across multiple lines. You will guide staffing, onboarding, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant operation in
