Concierge PT: One-on-One Orthopedics & Performance

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a concierge-style practice in the Chicago area, focusing on orthopedic rehab, sports performance, and longevity-focused care. Responsibilities alternate between executive health assessments and one-on-one outpatient PT, with private 60-minute sessions, a 40-hour work week, and onboarding in January 2027 in the Chicago area before transitioning to a Northbrook location in March 2027 as the primary on-site PT.
