We are seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Dentist for an 84-day assignment in Wisconsin. This flexible position involves working 4 days/week every other week, with potential for adjustments to daily hours (Monday-Saturday). The role requires a solo provider to manage comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical cases, including extractions with sedation, implants, and consultations, with a long-term need until the practice transitions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve as the solo provider for the practice, managing all aspects of patient care. Perform extractions with sedation, including wisdom teeth removal. Conduct consultations related to oral and maxillofacial surgery. Execute exposure and bonding of teeth procedures. Perform dental implant placements. Manage a morning schedule of approximately four staggered sedation cases, potentially including follow-up appointments. Oversee afternoon appointments primarily focused on local anesthesia procedures and consultations, supported by a dedicated team.
