Field Superintendent - Data Center Construction (Swing Shift)

Hoffman Construction seeks a Field Superintendent to lead a hyper-scale data center project near Amarillo, TX. The role is field-based, reporting to the Project Superintendent, coordinating with subcontractors and the project team to meet safety and schedule goals. You will supervise multiple trades, enforce quality and safety standards, interpret designs, and communicate issues clearly with clients and stakeholders. Swing/night shift availability is required, with potential for extended hours.
