Seeking a procurement professional with 3+ years of experience managing Rubber & Plastics commodities. The ideal candidate has strong supplier management and negotiation skills, experience driving cost savings, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Experience with supplier development, market analysis, and strategic sourcing in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Lead sourcing and procurement activities for Rubber & Plastics commodities. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements. Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in quality, delivery, and cost. Analyze market trends, material costs, and industry conditions to support sourcing decisions. Manage supply chain risks, including tariff impacts and alternative sourcing strategies. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on key initiatives. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices.
