Stay on top of reservations – Schedule events, book guest apartments, and keep the calendar in check.
Keep things organized – Maintain records, directories, and even birthday lists (so no one misses a celebration!).
Share the inside scoop – Provide brochures and info to anyone curious about the community.
Be ready for anything – Handle emergency calls, monitor security, and keep an eye on things during rounds.
Manage work orders – Make sure maintenance requests get where they need to go.
Keep the office stocked and running – No one likes a missing stapler or a jammed printer!
Bring the good vibes – Whether it’s helping a resident, chatting with a visitor, or assisting a teammate, your positive energy makes a difference.
Jump in where needed – Every day brings something new, and you're up for the challenge!
If you love being the go-to person, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a great team, apply today!
