Surgery Partners, Inc is hiring a Manager, Operational Excellence to lead performance improvement across the organization. This hybrid role is based at our Brentwood, TN corporate office with on-site work Monday through Wednesday. You will partner with leaders to diagnose issues, develop actionable plans, and drive standardized processes, dashboards, and metrics that deliver measurable results.
