We are hiring a Sr. Research Chemist to lead R&D projects, design advanced chemical formulations, and mentor a growing lab team in Camden, Arkansas!
What You’ll Do:
Lead the design, development, and testing of novel chemical formulations and energetic materials.
Manage R&D lab operations, setup advanced analytical testing equipment, and improve production processes.
Solve complex chemical and material challenges in manufacturing.
Mentor junior chemists and lab technicians while partnering with engineering teams on product scale-ups.
What You Bring
Education: B.S. in Chemistry.
Experience: 5+ years of chemistry experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with analytical chemistry techniques; background in energetic or hazardous materials is highly preferred. Compliance: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
