HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Support the Human Resources department with recruiting and administrative tasks Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to schedule interviews Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications to support hiring decisions Coordinate job postings across internal and external platforms Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes Provide excellent customer service to diverse population of employees Handle verification of employment requests Answer phones and manage general inquiries Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry Qualifications Previous HR or Recruiting experience Bilingual in Spanish Experience in Hospitality preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong administrative skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work in a busy environment Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer service and administrative tasks Additional Details Location: San Diego, CA- 92109 Pay: $27-$30/hour based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday in office Duration: Contract with potential for extension Work in a beautiful office with a friendly and supportive team Gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry!
