You'll work alongside an experienced team of physicians, physician assistants, and audiologists in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluationsProvide hearing assessments for adult and pediatric patientsInterpret test results and communicate findings to patients, families, and physiciansCounsel patients and families on hearing health and treatment optionsCollaborate with ENT physicians, PAs, and audiologistsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and patient recordsWHAT YOU'LL BRINGMaster's or Doctoral degree in Audiology (AuD) from an accredited programMassachusetts Audiologist license or eligibility for licensureCCC-A or equivalent national certification as applicableExperience with both adult and pediatric diagnostic audiologyStrong audiological testing and interpretation skillsExcellent communication and patient-care skillsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS$90,000 base salary3 weeks paid vacationPaid holidays and sick daysHealth insurance 401(k) with employer contribution after one yearWHY JOINJoin a respected, established ENT practice with more than 30 years serving the community and a multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality patient care.
