Requirements for employment:
State of Hawaii Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse license, current and in good standing
Current CPR & First Aid Certifications
Current TB clearance + proof of past TB 2-step test
Ability to ambulate within a variety of home environments
Criminal Abstract will be reviewed
Pass written entry exams and skills assessments
Valid driver's license
