Compensation & OpportunitySalary up to $185,000 per yearRegional leadership responsibility across six Massachusetts facilitiesDirect partnership with Directors of Nursing and facility leadershipOpportunity to influence clinical quality and resident outcomes across the organizationRegular on-site leadership and support across the regionKey ResponsibilitiesAs Regional Nurse, you will provide oversight and strategic clinical leadership across all six facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing clinical operations and nursing performance across multiple facilitiesWorking closely with DONs to establish accountability and strengthen clinical leadershipMonitoring clinical outcomes and developing action plans to address areas of concernProviding guidance, mentorship, and professional development to nursing leadership teamsPromoting consistent standards of care across all facilitiesSupporting survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality initiativesIdentifying operational and clinical challenges and implementing effective solutionsMaintaining a regular on-site presence at each facilityQualificationsActiveMassachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) licenseFive or more years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DON)ORone or more years of Regional Nurse experienceDemonstrated success achieving strong clinical outcomesProven ability to lead, develop, and hold nursing teams accountableStrong communication, organizational, and decision-making skillsWillingness to travel regularly between all six Massachusetts facilities A hands-on leadership approach with a strong commitment to quality resident careTake the Next Step in Your Leadership CareerThis is an opportunity for an accomplished nursing professional to take on a broader leadership role and directly influence clinical performance across multiple facilities.
