The Embroidery Specialist independently manages embroidery production for promotional products and mixed product orders, from supplied files and basic adjustments through customer design consultation and full design digitization. This role operates single-head embroidery machines, maintains consistent stitch quality, and supports accurate, timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Digitize designs and make basic adjustments using specific digitizing software.* Consult with customers on embroidery designs and production requirements.* Operate single-head embroidery machines for promotional products and mixed product orders.* Select threads and match colors to achieve accurate design results.* Prepare hoops and position garments for precise embroidery placement.* Inspect completed work visually and maintain high stitch quality.* Troubleshoot thread and tension issues during production.* Perform machine maintenance and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.* Will also be printing designs on t-shirts an sweatshirts for retail customers via heat
