Utility Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Analyst with a background in utility or construction projects. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive project management support, assisting Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Support Project Managers in day-to-day project activities across multiple phases. Track and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources. Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and documentation. Assist with scope management, change requests, and risk tracking. Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Support project controls activities including cost tracking, forecasting, and KPI reporting. Provide input for process improvements and project efficiency initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.3–5 years of experience supporting project management in utility, power, or construction projects. Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).Experience with scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
