Manager, M&A Tax Advisory Transactions & Due Diligence

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Manager to join its M&A Tax team in any of our offices. You will develop and implement transaction advisory services for clients, including private equity, banks and BDCs, with opportunities across industries. The role requires CPA or JD/LLM, 5+ years of experience in a mid-to-large professional services firm, and strong analytical and client service skills.
