Qualifications include:
Proven track record of estimating and procurement in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience in construction related positions with financial accountability.
Demonstrated ability to foster critical relationships with Trade Partners, Suppliers, and our New Home Specialists.
The ideal candidate will be systems oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
