Camp Unit Leader & Staff Mentor

JCC Greater Boston is seeking Unit Heads to join the Leadership Team this summer. You will mentor counselors, support camper well-being, uphold camp traditions, and model leadership across a large unit of 100-120 campers and 25-30 counselors. You’ll oversee age groups K-1 through 6-8, CITs, and specialty areas (Sports, STEM, Arts, Theater), with a focus on creating a joyful, inclusive, and safe camp experience for every child.
