You will lead consultative sales, design actuarial and strategic solutions (pricing, reserving, capital/DFA), build scalable service offerings, and oversee delivery of complex engagements from a hybrid Chicago/Minneapolis/New York base.
Key Requirements:
- FCAS (or equivalent casualty credential) required
- Typically 15+ years of analytics-centric experience
- Proven track record leading complex actuarial and strategic engagements
- Familiarity with R, Python, SQL preferred; advanced Excel and PowerPoint required
- Ability to own client relationships and drive consultative sales
- Skills & DomainTools Excel PowerPoint Domain Property/casualty insurance experience Reinsurance advisory or strategy experience Actuarial consulting delivering complex engagements Leading pricing, reserving, or capital/DFA projects
