Retail Sales Specialist - Honolulu, Pearl City, Mililani, Aiea, HI

What You'll Do: Execute merchandising plans, planograms, and retail resets- Maintain in-store product presentation, pricing, signage, and promotional displays- Identify opportunities to improve sales, inventory turns, and category performance- Write and recommend product orders that support customer needs- Support new product introductions and store conversion initiatives- Partner with store teams to resolve inventory, shipping, claims, and product issues- Monitor and communicate sales trends, customer feedback, and market insights- Verify planogram accuracy and order missing items as needed- Assist with new store openings, special events, and promotional activities- Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer locations

Required Skills: 3+ years of retail, merchandising, customer service, or related experience- Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of retail experience considered equivalent- Strong communication and relationship-building skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills- Comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds and using ladders as needed- Ability to travel up to 80%, including occasional overnight travel- Ability to travel by air as required- This position requires driving a company vehicle and meeting company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements. You must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least three (3) continuous years immediately preceding today's date.- Must reside in or near Honolulu, Pearl City, Mililani, or Aiea

Preferred Skills: Experience with retail merchandising, inventory management, or planograms- Experience supporting multiple store locations or territories
