Performance Objectives: Lead project teams to complete assignments on time and within budget, maintaining the highest standards of quality. Craft and monitor project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and S&P's mission of excellence. Facilitate stakeholder engagement through effective communication, fostering a collaborative environment. Implement risk management strategies to proactively resolve challenges and hurdles. Leverage BIM and LEED technologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability. Manage resource allocation and budgeting, optimizing operations for maximum productivity. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in construction management practices. Essential Qualifications Proven experience in construction project management with a track record of successful project completions with wastewater treatment plants. Proficiency in ACC Build and/or other construction management software tools. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. In-depth understanding of construction industry standards and regulations.
