We're looking for a Customer Excellence Representative to join the team that is the daily voice of Tacori for retail partners nationwide - the person who turns a jewelry dream into a lasting memory, one order, one custom piece, one conversation at a time.
What You'll Do:
- Own the client buying experience end to end: accurate quotes, order processing, and fast turnaround for retail partners across the country.
- Bring custom and bridal designs to life, partnering with our design team from concept through final delivery.
- Be a go-to resource for retail partners: sharing product knowledge, campaign updates, and sales tools that help them sell with confidence.
- Coordinate point-of-sale materials and event logistics so our retail partners always have what they need to showcase Tacori beautifully.
- Support the sales team with returns, inventory, and the everyday problem-solving that keeps things running smoothly. What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally with a track record of hitting your numbers.
- Strong math skills: you'll be building custom quotes regularly.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
