Section Violin: Orchestra Auditions for Season

The Abilene Philharmonic Orchestra invites violin, cello, bass and substitute string applicants for the 2026-2027 season auditions. Finalists will be contracted for one concert cycle in the 2027-2028 season. Auditions are scheduled Friday, October 23, 2026, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Deadline for applications is October 16, 2026. Check-in begins 15 minutes prior at the Abilene Convention Center (1100 N 6th St, Abilene, TX 79601).
