Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics Analystto support the implementation and management of the Electronic Health Record (EHR)system for the Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical informatics, system configuration, and technical documentation, with hands-on experience supporting recognizedEHR platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and support the implementation of theVADOC Electronic Health Record (EHR)solution. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet clinical, operational, and compliance requirements. Assist in the creation ofsoftware design documents, system diagrams, andtechnical documentation. Customize, evaluate, and configure health information systems based on clinical workflows and healthcare standards. ApplyAgile development methodologiesin coordination with cross-functional teams. Utilize knowledge ofApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)methodologies to drive system analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Document and analyze various workflow processes and ensure alignment with regulatory and clinical standards.

Required Qualifications: 8+ yearsof professional experience in Clinical Informatics or related field. Experience with a recognized Electronic Health Record (EHR)system.5+ yearsof experience in:

• Preparingsoftware design documentsand technical diagrams.
• Working with
• Agile developmentenvironments.
