Salary Range: $433,000 - $525,000

Sign-on Bonus: up to $100,000

Location: Cooperstown, NYResidency/Fellowship Stipend: Up to $40,000 Job Description & Responsibilities: Join an established group of 5 Ophthalmologists and 3 Optometrists Current need is for high volume cataract surgeon-general ophthalmologist Currently there are specialists in medical retina, pediatrics and glaucoma. Salary Range: $433,000 - $525,000 plus performance-based compensation. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards Residency stipend up to $40,000 for up to 18 months prior to graduation Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000 Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment
