Summary: Urgent Care Physicians of New Jersey LLC provides urgent care to those in need for Atlantic Health Urgent Care. We are seeking Family Nurse Practitioners for Urgent Care centers situated throughout New Jersey, particularly, Sparta and Newton NJ. Prior urgent care or walk-in center experience is required. Compensation commensurate with experienceJob Duties and Responsibilities :Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations and the counseling of patients towards compliance with treatmentOrder diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests, and interpret results accordinglyPerform therapeutic procedures such as incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, infection management and wound carePrescribe pharmaceuticals and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditionsDevelop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and, moreover, deliver continuity of care (including referral of patients to specialists and to other relevant patient care components, as medically necessary and appropriate) Regularly communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional informationWilling to travel to other sitesCompensation: NJ Sick Time 401k through Voya, company match availability after 1 year of service and 1000 hours worked1.5x pay on company recognized holidaysOn-Call incentives, and additional incentives as availableHourly range listed belowRequirementsRequirements: License (unrestricted and in good standing) as a registered professional nurse in the State of New JerseyCertified by the New Jersey, Board of Nursing as an advanced practice nurse.
